I've promised some people to add a few more lines for discussion about the (lack of) use of homosexuality in nature and in the human society.
From a Christian, Jewish or Muslim point of view, everything is clear: homosexuality is against God's wishes and is one of the gravest sins. End of discussion as clear texts can be found in the holy books. And if they don't repent they will go to Hell. Nothing to argue about.
From an evolutionist and scientific point of view: homosexuality does not have any role in reproduction and prevents the genes of the involved individuals to propagate further. I'd call it a "natural selection". In order for a species to reproduce, one needs a healthy pack of genes. When too many alterations are present, as the sexual instinct is still very strong, the homosexuality is rampant in order to protect the species well being. So, when we meet it in nature, this is definitely its role, as in the human society as well: to prevent the sick individuals to propagate their genes to descendants. With our unnatural way of living, we, the human species, have come to a level when a lot of bad genes are present in our society. Homosexuality is a natural mechanism to protect the species from the sick individuals. So, I guess, we should not be really angry against the homosexuals. Most of them have hidden genetic deffects and it's a great thing they can't reproduce and keep clean of deffects the human species.
On the other hand, we live in a more and more alienated society. We occupy most of our planet and can't extend any further. We have built machines that are more powerful than us physically and soon will be also better mentally. The only thing left for the technology dependent human species (and ONLY FOR A WHILE) is sexuality. Here, many of us experiment and try to discover new things, wasting their lives with useless matters. I think we, the humans can do better than that, trying to improve our bodies and minds with proper, organized training, and start colonizing the cosmos around us. The human brain is still evolving and our real limits, physical and mental, are much farther than we believe nowdays.
So, in conclusion: homosexuality is a self defense mechanism to protect the species. We, the normal people, should be happy that God didn't give us this terrible sin and that our genes can go further, to our descendants. And we should thank God that we are healthy and not like the homosexuals.The homosexuals, like other handicapped people, can still be of some use to our society. The only thing I can't agree with is to accept their behaviour as normal and their sicknes as "health". Otherwise I don't care about them. Let the bad genes be cleaned through natural mechanisms such as homosexuality.
But don't ask me to agree with such ridiculous and laughable things as homosexual marriage. I don't see any point in offering special privilleges to sick people and damage the healthy minds with social poisons.
Thanks for the patience to read this. My future posts will focus towards more interesting and productive subjects than homosexuality. And, in my personal life, I've met many enough really beautiful women (physically, intelectually and spiritually) to want to give God infinite thanks for keeping me in this world as a normal, healthy human being, and not as a homosexual. I will try to help the people who acquired this illness, but I can do this only if they realize they are sick and accept my help.
